Kind fixes Urgency
• escalation and config are high, approval and operational medium, landed low
• An escalation that struck out (two Strikes, PR round cap) is high; a first-touch one is medium
• A merged PR is landed and low: it needs nothing from Janis, and is still the one low Reach-out he wants to hear
The table, two tiers
• At the desk, keyed on Kind: escalation, config and approval to the phone; operational and landed to Discord
• Away and driving alike, keyed on Urgency: high and medium follow him onto his phone, and a landed feature with them; every other low stays ambient
• Every phone cell is a voice note, wherever he is — text survives only as the fallback when TTS or Telegram will not carry the audio
The words follow him too
• The Router chooses before a word is written; the Narrator learns only "heard or read" and the coarse Presence, never a channel name
• Driving opens by naming the road and stops after one sentence; home is the relaxed register; out may name a zone but never a street address; unknown says nothing about where he is
• A narration bound for Discord keeps the whereabouts-blind brief it always had
Nothing is lost
• Unknown presence routes exactly like the desk — a dead Home Assistant costs tone, not delivery
• A channel that will not take it leaves the row Owed; the next tick pays it, presence re-read
• Moved since it was narrated? The row is re-narrated on the way out, or sent as the presence-neutral fact line if that fails
• A condition that clears before delivery is never sent late — the Logbook already holds the past
